Coventry Homes Announces Plans & Pricing

Coventry Homes has unveiled plans and pricing for its luxury two-story townhomes coming to Grand Central Park as the Montgomery County master-planned community of new homes continues to take shape.

Starting in the $350s, three-bedroom plans from 2,823 – 3,099 square feet feature a large family room, gourmet island kitchen, dining room, study, master bedroom with his-and-her closet space, spacious secondary bedrooms, covered patio and two-car garage.  Plus, homebuyers can add options of a game room/theater room or covered balcony off the second-floor master.

Each Coventry townhome also will be Environments for Living-certified for the highest level of energy efficiency.

Two townhome models by Coventry, both fully furnished, will open early 2017 while several move-in ready townhomes will be available soon.

Part of Grand Central Park’s first phase of new homes, Coventry’s townhomes will be situated on lush, wooded homesites, including many on prized cul-de-sacs, at the northwest corner of the community where residents will enjoy immediate access to Loop 336 and I-45.
