You could take a “walk” along Grand Central Park’s pathways, but with nature trails like these, we prefer to call it a “hike.”

We are “pumped up” about our fitness center and you will be, too, when you discover how easy it is to keep to a workout routine with an on-site facility. 

Residents are making a splash in the resort-style pool at The Lake House amenity complex! The pool area includes hammocks and Adirondack chairs to hang, a basketball goal, picnic tables and beautiful lake views. 

Fido has two parks to socialize and run in Grand Central Park! The Lake House Dog Park features a small and large dog park with play structures and lots of room to run.

Pups of all sizes can run leash-free and play with pet-friendly toys at our Frisky Biscuit Dog Park, which has spaces for large and small dogs, a dog run and more. Built as a place for both fun and exercise, the dog park will have your Fido panting with excitement to visit daily.

Why do we call it Grand Lake? Because it’s an 88-acre natural lake where you can catch fish (and release, please) and watch wildlife from the lake’s edge. And because it’s at Grand Lake where you realize life really is grand.

With the breeze in your face and the sun on your back, dipping your oars into Paddle Lake is the best way to relax. Take your canoe or kayak out on our 5.5-acre lake for a little exercise or a little napping (uh, fishing).

The 12-acre Deer Lake is another place to cast a line, whether from your own private fishing hole along the natural shoreline, the fishing pier or your kayak.

You’ll need two kinds of poles at Mystic Pond — one for fishing off of the pier and the other for roasting marshmallows at the fire pit. An arbor and café lights offers a quiet respite to enjoy the scenery. 

When you tell your friends you’re going to The Lake House this weekend, they’ll have no idea how much fun is in store for you and your family. This is no ordinary lake house. The Lake House has a fitness room, resort-style pool, event lawn, huge covered pavilion, patio with lake views and an indoor air-conditioned Grand Room. 

Move the neighborhood block party to our huge covered pavilion to enjoy lakeside camaraderie, a walk along the trails or an impromptu game of ball.

Even though your party or meeting is indoors in our spacious, air-conditioned Grand Room, you’ll still be able to appreciate the surrounding beauty of Grand Central Park.

Jumpstart your day with a morning cardio workout, take an evening yoga class or stop by for a quick afternoon strength-training session — your healthy lifestyle will get a boost by having a fitness center on-site.

Push the party to our comfortable patio where you can wow your guests with our grand views.

Twilight Park is where fit and fun merge as children explore playground adventures and parents walk the fitness trail and push their cardio to the workout zone at intermittent fitness stations. 

Picnic Park features a harvest table, hammocks, open lawn & musical play for the kids!

Kinetic Park in Central Village is designed to get residents moving with fitness stations, a basketball court, sand volleyball court, rock wall and open lawn for playing games. Prefer to cheer form the sidelines? There is a shady pavilion. 

Small but mighty, Town Park offers a quiet place and unique leaf structure pavilion for relaxation.

Coming Soon! Enhancements will be made to Deer Lake where residents will be able to launch your kayak, fish from the pier, picnic, play games and watch the sunset under the pavilion. 

Life moves a little slower in Trillium Park, giving you time to enjoy the sounds of a babbling brook and take in the sweet scent of the park’s blooming landscape while sitting under the shade pavilion or on one of the park’s art-inspired benches.
