Grand Central Park Welcomes First On-Site Homebuilder Sales CenterSeptember 02, 2016
David Weekley Homes has opened Grand Central Park’s first on-site sales center where homebuyers can review just-released plans and pricing from the Houston homebuilder now available in the new Montgomery County master-planned community. David Weekley sales representatives will office in a temporary on-site sales center in Grand Central Park until the homebuilder’s fully furnished model home opens later this year. Three, four and five-bedroom plans by David Weekley feature spacious family room, gourmet island kitchen, owner’s retreat with walk-in closet, formal dining, study, Texas-sized covered porch and two and three-car garages. Starting in the $280’s, single and two-story designs from 2,087 - 3,399 square feet also offer options including second study, owner’s retreat bay window, family room corner fireplace and bonus room. With new model homes on the way and its primary thoroughfares now open, the community is expecting a steady flow of visitors heading into the fall, according to Grand Central Park Director of Marketing Shannon League. “Judging by the early interest, we’re anticipating quite a bit of activity from those in the market for a luxury patio home, townhome or larger single-family home,” she says. Besides their proximity to parks and green space, new homes by David Weekley and other Grand Central Park new homebuilders will be adjacent to 336 MARKETPLACE where 700,000 square feet of shopping, dining and entertainment is planned at the southwest corner of Loop 336 and I-45. |
