Grand Central Dentistry Moving into GCP

Heads up! We’ve got some news that will make you smile — Grand Central Dentistry will move into Grand Central Park in October.

The practice will move from its current location at 600 Conroe Medical Drive to Greenway Village, 1761 S Loop 336 W. Grand Central Dentistry specializes in implant and cosmetic dentistry for adults and teens as well as gum surgery and wisdom teeth removal.

Patients looking for an alternative to dentures can have implants placed in just one visit, restoring missing teeth permanently. The practice also offers overdentures which snap removeable dentures onto dental implants for more stability. Patients in need of a root canal or other oral surgery will appreciate the ability to choose conscious sedation which will allow them to relax while still being alert.

Advanced technology is used in the practice for your convenience, comfort and good dental health, including a high-definition intraoral camera which can show tooth decay, cracks, defective fillings and gum health. Digital radiography uses digital X-ray sensors to produce high-definition images of teeth. A dental cone beam CT (CBCT) scanner is available to produce a 3-dimensional (3D) scan of jaws, teeth and joints in a single image. An in-house 3D printer can create temporary crowns and dentures for patients while they wait for their permanent ones.

Overseeing your care are Dr. Shivani Patel and Dr. Tapan Patel. Both went to dental school in India and then went on to study in the advanced standing program at Boston University. Dr. Shivani Patel is a member of the Academy of General Dentistry, American Dental Association and Texas Dental Association. Dr. Tapan Patel He is a member of the Spear study club and the American Academy of Implant Dentistry (AAID).
