Parks for Fitness, Fun and Relaxation

Need more reasons to make the move to Grand Central Park? We’ve got three of them! Coming in 2023, we will open three new parks focused on fitness, fun and relaxation.

1. KINETIC PARK. We are very excited about Kinetic Park. Featuring fitness stations, a climbing boulder, basketball and sand volleyball courts, a spacious open lawn and shady pavilion, the park is perfect for fitness fanatics and casual exercisers alike.

2. DEER LAKE PARK. Deer Lake Park along the 12-acre Deer Lake will be the place to launch a kayak, snooze with a fishing pole on the pier, watch the sunset and play games.

3. TOWN PARK. Small but mighty, Town Park will offer a quiet place and unique leaf structure pavilion for relaxation.
