Greenway Village Coming Soon

A new commercial tract is coming soon, making life even more convenient for residents of Grand Central Park.

Greenway Village is an 18-acre commercial tract located near the West Village with easy access off Loop 336. The development will offer space suitable for medical clinics, retail and office space.

The first tenant for Greenway Village has already been announced, and it’s going to make our residents very happy. Ocean Express Car Wash is under construction and is slated for completion later this year.

Ocean Express offers both full and express services using advanced equipment. Exterior wash packages start at $7 with free self-vacuums. Detail packages will be available starting at $25. We can’t wait to take our cars for a bath!

Other tenants are yet to be announced, but we will keep you up to date on who they are and when they will open.
