Village Builder Introduces New One-Story Designs

Village Builders is offering double the home-buying fun for those looking for single-story plans, as the luxury builder has just debuted two new townhome designs within its Vintage Villas collection.

The Cabernet offers more than 1,600 square feet of well-appointed living space, with an expansive common area that combines the island kitchen, dining room and family room for easy entertaining. On pleasant evenings, the party can move out to the broad covered patio. At day’s end, a master suite and two additional bedrooms — each with nearby full baths and ample storage — await. The Cabernet is priced in the $260,000s.

The Pinot delivers equal elegance and slightly more space, with more than 1,800 square feet. The family room and dining room combine to create a large, flexible living area.
