New-Look Luxury Townhomes by Coventry Homes Make Houston Debut in Grand Central Park

A new style of luxury lifestyle townhome with the exterior look and feel of a large estate home is making its Houston debut in Montgomery County’s Grand Central Park.

Coventry Homes has opened two luxury townhome models in the new master-planned community at I-45 and Loop 336 with impressive front elevations of soaring roof spires and large bay windows that have buyers doing a double take when they see them for the first time.  

“When buyers pull up to the Coventry lifestyle townhome models, they always comment ‘there’s no way that’s a townhome,’” says Shannon League, Grand Central Park’s director of marketing. “The exterior and curb appeal is what you’d expect in a luxury estate home.”

Coventry’s first lifestyle townhome model features an open floor plan with storage and space for entertaining, enclosed courtyard with fireplace, gourmet island kitchen with walk-in pantry, spacious family room, second-floor master with optional covered patio and outdoor kitchen, study, mud room and two secondary bedrooms.

Its second Grand Central Park model presents a grand entry with curved staircase, first-floor master suite with built-in coffee bar, spa-like master bath, large island kitchen with ample storage, courtyard and outdoor kitchen, study, two secondary bedrooms and optional game room.

Construction already is underway on several move-in ready luxury townhomes featuring Coventry’s two model home designs. A third design plan also is available.

Starting in the $350s, plans range from 2,800 – 3,100 square feet with custom options available. Each Coventry lifestyle townhome also meets the stringent Platinum level of Environments for Living certification.
