Grand Central Park Begins Pre-Sales of New Homes, Detailed Map Now Available

Pre-sales of luxury homes in Conroe’s Grand Central Park are now underway giving homebuyers the opportunity to be among the first to purchase a new home in one of north Houston’s most anticipated master-planned communities.

As part of the pre-sale phase, Grand Central Park has released the first detailed map of homesites and soon-to-open luxury model homes in its West Village where residents will enjoy immediate access to Loop 336 and I-45.

 The new color-coded map of homesites shows luxury patio homes, lifestyle townhomes and larger, single-family homes.

In addition to breaking down the West Village section of Grand Central Park according to lot size, the new map pinpoints the location of each luxury model home opening later this year.  Thoroughfares, neighborhood streets and parks also have been identified.

The new master-planned community by The Johnson Development Corp. offers new homes by Coventry Homes, Darling Homes, David Weekley Homes, Drees Custom Homes, Jaeger Homes, Perry Homes and Village Builders.
