Market Booth Guidelines:
The market is outdoors, first come, first served for vendor locations to be placed under outdoor pavilion.
Electricity is limited and available for an additional fee.
Application will be reviewed; you will receive a confirmation email and invoice if approved.
Payment for the booth and extra services will be due to secure your spot.
Only disclosed products on your application will be allowed.
Booth sharing is not allowed.
You must stay for the entire event and are not allowed to take down prior to 1pm.
Clean up and take up your trash after every market.
No refunds or reschedules with less than 72 hours of notice. A $25 no-show fee will be charged.
Vendors are responsible for bringing all their supplies, including table, tent, chair, etc. Please keep in mind that the area can be very windy at times. If you have a tent, you MUST have heavy-duty tent weights.
You are responsible for reporting your sales tax and obtaining any food permits necessary to follow the Montgomery County regulations.
You may be asked to provide a Certificate of Insurance, naming Grand Central Park and CCMC as an additional named insured.
I understand that the submission of my vendor application does not guarantee acceptance. Grand Central Park has the sole authority to approve or reject a vendor’s application.
Any infraction of market rules will be grounds for a vendor to be denied future booth space at the market.
I certify all items indicated are produced by me. I also agree to sell only items approved by Grand Central Park. Vendors may only sell products listed on the application after approval. If a vendor wishes to sell additional products, they must submit those products on an amended application and receive approval from Grand Central Park prior to selling.
